My tech startup, Automax AI, specializes in making custom AI Assistants for real-estate appraisers in the residential, commercial and agricultural spaces.
Our primary product is "Appraisal Co-pilot" an all in one AI web-application featuring our fine tuned LLM with RAG capabilities. This allows appraisers to get market insights about current property sales and practical data to back their appraisal decisions. Appraisal Co-pilot is currently undergoing paid pilots with over 15 appraisers from across North America.

When working at IKO during summer of 2023, I developed the EAM Spare parts tool, an electron/Node.js desktop application programmed using JavaScript, HTML, and bootstrap 5.2 for CSS styling.
The tool allows users to interact remotely with Maximo, an asset monitoring software, using the IBM Maximo REST API; letting them standardize items, search through existing inventory for similar items, as well as assign new items to inventory or vendors for a specific site in bulk. This app saved 10+ employee hours per week by automating these tasks.
🎮 "Man vs Machine": One of my passion projects that combines my love for gaming with AI. Designed with React Native, this mobile application is available on both IOS & Android platforms. Players are invited to engage in classic games like tictactoe, chess and Super TicTacToe (9 times bigger, non-solved game) against AI opponents.
💡 Front-end: JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. The integration of the React Native Base framework ensures the app's consistency, responsiveness, and intuitive interface, providing an enhanced gaming experience for users across diverse devices.
🤖 Back-end: Python, TensorFlow. Various ML models used to train AI adversaries such as Minimax Algorithm, Stockfish.
Ryz3 is a single-player strategy game designed in Unity, where players pick a character with special traits and fight their way through multiple stages and levels; designed utilizing C# for gameplay mechanics and design intricacies.
Based on the age old mechanics of rock paper scissors, the game is extremely easy to pick up, but takes a twist where each character leads to a different probability of success with certain choices and each boss has different habits.
